LEADERSHIP TEAM

Leadership within Northside Christian College is provided by the Principal and the College Executive, which includes the Business Manager and Deputy Principal.  Leadership has the key role of ensuring that the vision and supporting policies and practices are clearly articulated for all members of the College community, so that each person can be clear on how they personally contribute to the growth, development and health of the organisation.  The Executive combines the leadership role with high level management.

GOVERNANCE
Governance within Northside Christian College is provided by the Committee of Management, and this involves setting the vision and key policies and ensuring that the College is financially healthy and sustainable and is compliant with all Government and other legislation. The Principal is the executive officer of the Committee of Management.

 

The Principal and Business Manager attend Committee of Management meetings in an ex-officio capacity.
