The year was 1986 and a group of ladies who were parents at Northside Christian College were having fellowship together when the need for parents to pray for the school came up in discussion. There was a desire to uphold the school, teachers, staff, students and their families in prayer. The Parent’s Prayer Group has continued gathering ever since to this day. That’s 36 years of prayer!
The Lord says ‘those who wait upon Me shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles and they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint’ Isaiah 40:31. He has been and is so faithful!
Parent’s Prayer Group for 2024 meets on Friday mornings at 8:45am. Grandparents, parents, past students and College friends are all invited. Children are also welcome. Please sign in at the Office.
