Teacher Aide Appreciation

Northside Christian College is grateful for the opportunity to celebrate Teacher Aide Appreciation Week between the 28th August and the 1st September this year. This event provides our College community with an opportunity to thank our support staff for their hard work and dedication in supporting our students and staff to flourish.

Our College community extends a big thank you to our Art Technician, Learning Support Assistants, Library Technician, Science Lab Technician, Student Wellbeing staff, and Tutor Learning Initiative Tutors who all support our teachers and students at Northside.

Our support staff are amazing encouragers and supporters for our students. This is a great example of what we are reminded to do in 1 Thessalonians 5:11: “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”

At Northside Christian College, our support staff assist in a wide range of roles across the College, working closely with students and staff across all year levels. They also play an important role in supporting our College families. Our support staff are passionate about assisting our students overcome barriers that may impact their access and participation in the learning program. This supports our College community in maintaining an inclusive learning environment for all students.

Thank you to our support staff, for your ongoing support of our students and staff throughout the year. You play such a valuable role contributing to our nurturing culture at Northside, assisting our students to be “transformed through Christ and the wonder of learning.”
